He is survived by: his wife Carol Donnelly; his daughter Shelby Bennett Hartlage (Jake); his stepdaughters, Kelly Birmingham VanHoose (Edward) and Lynne Birmingham Buchanan (David); and his grandchildren, Ella, Bennett Hartlage, Edmund, Ruby VanHoose, Osage, Raeya and Caruth Buchanan.
