He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marion Walters Woods; his children, Patricia Woods and David Woods (Karen); his son-in-law Don Walters (Clintonville); and his stepgrandchildren, Aaron Duncan, Bryan Duncan, Carla Ashmore and Suzanne Gilbert.
