Edwin Orton Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 23, 2023, at the age of 93, Edwin Orton of Lexington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Orton and Edythe Allen Orton; the mother of his children Elvira Denney Orton; and his daughter Sandra Adwell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Orton; his daughters, Barbara Jean Orton Roy (Tony) and Sherrie Lane Orton Sheets (Todd); his stepsons, Ronnie Adwell (Shelly) and James Thomas Adwell; his grandchildren, Devin Orton, Garrett Cross, Alex Adwell (Amanda), Caroline Simpson, Anne Simpson, Brooke Ingram (Josh) and Brittany White; and his great grandchildren, Onyx Adwell and Cooper Ingram. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
