It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Belle Wills of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Allie Francis and Bertie Elizabeth Moore Tapp; and her siblings, James Robert "Bobby" Wade and Nancye W. Gaunce. She is survived by : her husband Carl Dean Wills; her sons, Bradford Dean Wills (Virginia) of Brentwood and William Brian Wills (Lexi Brown) of Los Angeles, California; her sisters, Phyllis Alexander (Butch) of Carlisle and Alice Hughes (Jim) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Brennan, Colin, Savannah, Caroline, Wyatt Wills, Zola and Wilder Wills; and her great grandchild Nash Wills-Poynter.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Carlisle (345 N Locust St, Carlisle, KY 40311). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Carlisle Cemetery.
