She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Bond and Henderson Bond of Lexington, KY.; her husband Leslie Smithson; and her son Douglas Smithson (Barbra Jones Smithson). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley Smithson, Adam Smithson and Blake Smithson; Cynthia Smithson Rybicki and Eric Smithson.
