He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Earl Mackey Sr. (Scarlett) and Mattie Mackey. He is survived by: his son Rian Warner; his siblings, Earl Mackey Jr., Erica Mackey, Penny Cade and Heather Alford; his siblings' children, Hannah Brody, Jillian O'Neil, Jonathan "Bud", Donovan, Tayden Mackey and Darius Alford; and his aunts, Sarah Jones, Mary Ann Coleman, Donna Rich, Sylvia Lyvers and Damita Clay.
