He was predeceased by : his parents, William Tucker and Mabel Pugh Tucker; his siblings, Harry Larkin Tucker, William Robert Tucker, Waetta Morris, Anna Puckett and Muller Grant; and his sons-in-law, Joe Mercurio and Rod Garrison.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara Smith Tucker of Lexington; his daughters, Tonya Tucker and Michelle Garrison; his grandchildren, Justin McDade (Trisha), Joshua McDade, Jonathan Bonham (Jessica) and Brittany Gneuhs (Sean); and his great grandchildren, Kollyn McDade, Logan McDade, Roxane McDade, Camden Bonham, Parker Bonham, Elliott Gneuhs and Ian Gneuhs.
