He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Caudill and Clara Mae Caudill (Russell). He is survived by: his wife Dolly Chandler Caudill; and his children, Jesse (Martha), Fred (Amanda), Andy (Jodie), Larry (Lynne), Laura (Keith) and Derby. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
