He is survived by: his wife Delphia Mauk Plank; his sons, Dewayne Slone of Morehead, Jacob Plank (Desarae) of Morehead and Jarrod Plank (Perry) of Morehead; his siblings, Donald Smedley of Albany, Larry Joe Plank of Winchester, Indiana, Bonnie York of Morehead and Deborah Plank-Nesselhauf of Morehead; and his grandchildren, Alexis Slone, Chase Slone, Madison Plank and Hazel Plank. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
