She is survived by: her daughters, Tamela Rose Jennewein of Lexington and Cynthia Lynn Hartlage (Anthony) of Goshen; her grandchildren, Scott Daniel Yager (Kelly), Mark Alan Spurlin II, Ashley Elizabeth Spurlin (Justin), Zachary Wayne Hartlage and Chandler Anthony Hartlage (Ally); her great grandchildren, Stella, Penny, Barrett, Cooper, Benjamin, Blakely and Vivian; and her brother Calvin Fulkerson (Janie) of New Albany.
