Evelyn Ann Gilliam Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovid D. Bauer and Beulah J. Miller Bauer; her husband Perry Gilliam; her grandson Tyler Gilliam; and her siblings, Donald Bauer, Clarence Bauer, Harold Bauer, John Bauer and Gertrude Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Gilliam (Mary), Sandra Gaffney, Steve Gilliam (Sharon), Don Gilliam and Greg "Boo" Gilliam (Lisa); her grandchildren, Lane Gilliam (Misty), Drew Gilliam (Andrea), Trey Gilliam (Katie), Wes Gaffney, Kelly Gaffney Bailey (David), Justin Gaffney (Kelsey), Travis Gilliam (Rachel), Stephanie Gilliam, Ben Gilliam (Priscilla), Cody Gilliam (Anne), Zeke Gilliam and Beau Gilliam (Kenzie); her stepgrandchildren, David Petrey (Amanda), Alyssa Waltz (Zed) and Jennifer Petrey; and her siblings, Richard Bauer of Fort Wayne, Paul Bauer of Fort Wayne and Agnes Huddleston of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Son Funeral Home (332 S Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made in Evelyn's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
