Forest Leonard Reeves Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Forest Leonard Reeves (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on November 3, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Forest departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Forest may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Forest leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Unsworth Reeves; and his stepson Daniel Steven Blacketer. He is survived by: his son Mike Blacketer (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Brooke Hodgson, Elizabeth Blacketer Eastes and Lambsey Reeves.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Salvation Army.
