He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy Sr. Meyer and Marcia Meyer (Reesey). He is survived by: his wife Judy Mitchell; and his children, Tiffany De Groot, Chrissy Udd (Kevin), Gina Wiggins (Mike) and Foy Meyer III (Heather). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
