He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Howard and Ellarree Minix Howard; his wife Cynthia Howard Howard; and his brother Jerry Howard. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Howard (Angie) of Salyersville, Terry Howard (Rebecca) of Salyersville and Jeffery Howard (Tammy) of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Trevor Howard (Treva), Megan Howard, Eli Howard, Colton Howard and Landon Howard; and his great grandchildren, Jerica Stephens, Corbin Howard and Cade Howard.
