It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gary L. As Gary departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Gary may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Gary leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Lawson Carroll (Glenn) and Everett Carrigan; and his brother Velmo Jones (Joyce). He is survived by: his children, Chastity Ann Carrigan of College Station and Wesley Ryan Carrigan of Lexington; his grandchildren, Madison Carrigan Crump (Sam), Brookynn Carrigan and Cooper Carrigan; and his brothers, Donald Jones (Barbara) and Bobby Jones (Lynda). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Lexington Humane Society (Donate – Lexington Humane Society). As Gary often said, "Less than 3% of all charity in the United States supports animal causes.".
