He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Norman Wood. He is survived by: his wife Doris Blake; his daughters, April Lynn Herrington (Dave) and Ginger Ellen Stevens (John); his grandson Colton David Herrington; and his siblings, Robert Blake (Lyn), Terry Blake, Brenda Sue Purdy (John) and Carole Wood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove Memorial Park (4108 US-42, Mansfield, OH 44904).
