He was predeceased by: his parents, George James Garrett and Mary V. Courtney Kissick. He is survived by: his children, James Garrett (Ashlee) and Tiffany Keaton (Tony). He is also survived by six grandchildren; six sisters, and three brothers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
