He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivetta McCord Darnell and Clarence Lamar Darnell; and his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his children, Verona, Gerry and Darrin; and his grandchildren, Leah, Lauren, Airen, Victoria, Bradwick, Gerald and Olivia. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
