It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Happy Lowe of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Lowe of Lexington; and her siblings, Ruth Biddle, Betty Mann, Ruby Jefferies, Lee Arnold Johnson, Chuck Arnold, Stanley Arnold and Ray Arnold.

She is survived by : her son D. Kent Lowe (Judy); her grandsons, J. Ed Lowe (Stephanie) and Ryan H. Lowe (Bryn); and her great grandchildren, Robbins B. Lowe, Landry K. Lowe, Griffin H. Lowe and Judith Hunter Lowe.
