She was predeceased by: her parents, James V. Mefford and Frances Mefford (McKinney); her husband Clyde N. Baker; the fathers of children, Don Soard and Robert Melvin McFadden; and her siblings, James Vernon Mefford, Jr., Lois Jean Smith, Carolyn Smith and Joyce Dean Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Martha Frances Polley; her children, Clyde Baker (Debbie), Vernon Baker (Sue), Martha Hiles (Jerry) and Harley Baker (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Jason Allen Baker, Becky Keith, Katie Baker, Sarah Blanchard, Steven Baker, John Hiles, Erin Taylor, Jake Robinson and Jessica Martinez. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and many loved nieces and nephews.
