He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Sebastian and Wardie Sebastian; and his former wife Madlyn Powers. He is survived by: his children, Sebastian (Bobbie), Jason Sebastian, Crystal Johns (Mark), Kelli Robinson (Chris) and Shelli Gross (David). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
