He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Kinney and Ruth Kinney; his siblings, Tommy Kinney, Stanley Kinney and Elizabeth Kinney Helton; and his brother-in-law John Peter Frank, III.
He is survived by: his sister Sandra Kinney Frank (Robert Spurlin) of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his nieces, Linda Frank-Gearon of Houston, TX and Kathleen Frank Hydro (Ron) of Evant, TX; his great-niece Emma Gearon (Charles Turner) of Chicago, IL; his niece Seana Spurlin; his great-niece Lauren Walker of Lexington; and his caregivers, Linda Jackson (Fred) of Lexington and Brenda Newby of Lexington.
