In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Howard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Howard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his son Seth Sparks; his daughter-in-law Renee Dutton Sparks; his siblings, Ellen Sparks Rooze (Jim) of Indiana and Jerry Sparks (Sarah) of Alabama; and his niece Susan Sparks Madison (Blake).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North Lexington Church of Christ (2280 Hume Rd, Lexington, KY 40516). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
