He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his son Seth Sparks; his daughter-in-law Renee Dutton Sparks; his siblings, Ellen Sparks Rooze (Jim) of Indiana and Jerry Sparks (Sarah) of Alabama; and his niece Susan Sparks Madison (Blake) of Alabama.
