He is survived by: his children, Pam Foss, Vickie Smith (Larry), Lorie Stacy, Mark Stacy (Claudia) and Victor Billheimer (Misty); his grandchildren, Kyle Foss, Karrie Jo Davisson (Andrew), Kaleb Foss (Emily), Kendall Cox (Brian), Joshua Adam (Alicia), Travis Clark, Tyler Clark, Jacob Stacy (Cassidy Stidham), Heather Vladimir (Alex), Buddy Smith (Susi), Jessica Smith, Rachael Becker, Teddy Becker, Ben Smith and Zoe Toro (Timothy); his great grandchildren, Kolten, Mason, Kylea, Carter, Cole, Samuel, Grant, Benjamin, Claire, Rowan, Reed of Owen, J. J., Amity, Dane, Jiloh, Hayden, Ginny Beth, Trey of Spencer, T. J., Shelby, Kendall and Griffin; his grandchildren, Tatum, Raelynn and Oaklee; his brother Roy Stacy (Glenda); Desiree Kilgore. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
