He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh M. Prather II and Virginia Baynes (Hugh); and his sister Joyce Prather Gunter. He is survived by: his daughters, Taren Ledang (Jon) of Nicholasville and Tonya Prather (Ryan Murphy) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Henrik, Ezra, Imogen Ledang and Ramona Murphy; and his sister Debbie Sherrod (Martin) of Lexington, Kentucky.. He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.
A memorial gathering was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clark Legacy Center - Nicholasville (601 E Brannon Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
