He is survived by: his nephews, Robert and David Nelson of Florida; and his friends, Barbara Burns Ruff, Regi Goffinet, Dr. Steven Smith and Donald Walton.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lexington Cemetery (833 W Main St, Lexington, KY 40508).
