She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Earl Collins (Rebecca), Robert "Vint" Collins (Tanya), William "Scott" Collins (Jan) and Nana. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Crosswoods Baptist Church (4991 Harrodsburg Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40352). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
