He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer N. Haynes of Lexington, Kentucky and Demetrius D. Johnson, Sr. (Michelle) of Tampa, Florida; his siblings, Javonte'Haynes of Lexington, Kentucky, Demetrius Johnson, II of Lexington, Kentucky, Devon Johnson of Lexington, Kentucky and Alexis Johnson of Lexington, Kentucky; and his grandmother Marietta Watts of Lexington, Kentucky. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
