He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Johnson and Mamie Johnson; his significant other Deborah Jean Hannah; his brother-in-law John Hannah; and his sons, James and Kenny.

In honor of his legacy, the family requests memorial donations be directed to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
