He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Wagoner and Lillian Rose Wagoner; his former wife Connie Moore Wagoner; his brother Julian Thomas "Tommy"; and his sister-in-law Mildred Wagoner (Eugene "Tuck" Blackford).

He is survived by: his wife Londa Lewis Wolanin Wagoner; his daughter Tammy Wagoner McKinley (Mark); and his grandchildren, Sheri Evans Depp (Dwayne), Donald Wade Evans, Melinda Jeanne Wolanin (Jason Peoples), Waverly Tess Evans, Gillian Leah Evans, Dwayne Forrest Depp II, William Andrew Peoples and Alexander James Peoples.
