She is survived by: her sister Jean; her children, Gary Burcham, Sheri Shaver (Wayne) and Mary Kay "Katie" Burcham; her grandchildren, Amanda Myers (Jeramie), Sarah Adams (Josh), Samantha Moore (Tim), Stephanie Chelton (Andrew), Natalie Blake (Ryan Gilkerson) and Alan Burcham; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Quinn, Kaiden Myers, Carter Adams, Tyler Adams, Ben Moore, Ethan Moore, Annie Moore, Calvin Chelton and Claire Louise Chelton; her great great grandchild Jayden Nava; and her friend Sharon Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Lord's Legacy Life Ministries, which provides housing and daily activities for Janet's daughter Katie.
