He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Hammond Payne and Peggy Kathleen Payne (Jenkins); his daughter Emma Claire; his girlfriend Staci; his brother Alexander Hammond Payne (Megan); his nieces and nephews, Chloe, Ella and Griggs; his brother Logan Nicholas Payne (Gina); his nieces, Nora and Millie; his sister Olivia Payne; and his pet Wayne. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
