She is survived by : her husband Laurence L. Moon.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors (159 N Broadway, Lexington, KY 40507). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
