He was predeceased by : his siblings, Stanley "Rail" Cummins Jr. and Diana Lynn Cummins. He is survived by : his children, Jessika Cummins of Chicago, IL and Evan Cummins (Rayonna) of Lexington, KY; the mother of his children Angie Clemons Cummins; his grandchild Elaina; his sisters, Mary Margaret Randolph of Pittsburgh, PA and Regina Conner (Michael) of Lexington, KY; his aunts, Mabel and Delores; his uncle Tommy; his nieces and nephews, Crystal, Jasmine, Derrick, Demetrius, Marcus, Roman and Jemiah; and also, Jaedyn, Jewel and Jazel. He is also survived by cousins, friends, co-workers & extended family.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Smith and Smith Funeral Home (340 E Third St, Lexington, KY 40508).
