Though Joann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer C. Sayre and Annetta Sayre; her siblings, Ann Sayre and Gene R. Sayre; her nephew David Sayre; and her son Mark Scott Watson.
She is survived by: her nephew Bryan Sayre (Jaime Nichole); her sister-in-law Mary Helen Sayre; her sons-in-law, William Mason Emnett and Roberto Ungaro; and her close friend David Shelton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
