He was predeceased by: his parents, John Douglas and Lydia Douglas; and his siblings, Mable (Tuffy), Curtis, Melba, James, Mary (Carl), Dayton, O. D., Curry (Virginia), Ray Todd and Cleat Douglas.
He is survived by: his significant other Virginia "Tootsie" Todd Douglas; his children, Debbie Magoulick (Gary), Donna Rogers (Tony), David (Anne) and Darrell Douglas (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Tyler (Emily), Wes (Hannah), Brooke Rogers, Chelsea Spickard (Ryan), Alex (Cate), Joseph Douglas, Olivia and Abby Douglas; his great grandchild Sophie Spickard; and his sisters-in-law, Martha, Betty Jo Douglas and Marie Todd. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and 5 Todd nieces and nephews.
The family requests that donations be made in memory of Joe and Virginia's loving care for 3 years at Cedarhurst Memory Care or to the Reflection of Life Center at Sayre Christian Village where they have lived since August, or a charity of your choice.
