He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Page and Ella Wheeler Page. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ditrapano Page; his stepchildren, Charles Vincent Shipley (Brandy), Anna Marie Shipley and James Samuel Shipley (Tiffany); his siblings, Lynna Gail Hayes, Sheila Page, Sherry Oakes and Butch Page; and his grandchildren, Noah Isaac Shipley and Sophia Reese Shipley. He is also survived by numerous relatives, friends.
