He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Howarth Cantrell; his children, John A. "Jack" (Rimma Talis) of Somerset, NJ, Allen R. (Lisa) of Mt. Horeb, WI and Jane K. Andreatta (Richard) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Andrew Cantrell of St. Louis, MO, Matthew Cantrell of Madison, WI, Marta Cantrell of Mt. Horeb, WI, Elisa Cantrell of St. George, UT, Jonah Andreatta of Berkeley, CA, Joshua Andreatta of Los Gatos, CA and Madeline Andreatta of Lexington.
