He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvon Rapp and Helen Rapp; his sister Sandra Lynn Martin (Bobby); and his siblings-in-law, Little Joe Davis and Maggie Schmidt (Doug).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Davis Rapp; his son Beau A. Rapp; his brother-in-law Charlie Davis (Sharon); and his nieces, Elizabeth Davis, Sarah Davis, Sandi Powell, Amanda Arnett (Ricky) and Jessie Ray (Kenny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous caregivers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors (391 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY 40503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
