She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Vice and Ollie Vice (Moran); her husband Francis G. Higgins; and her brother Charles Riley Vice. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Petit (Kenny), Cindi Sullivan (Stephen) and Stephen Higgins (Laurel Regnier); her sister Betty Jean Vice; her stepson Dan Long, Jr.; her stepgrandson Matthew Long; her sibling's children, Charles Vice, Jr. (Carol) and Lana Reyna (Robert); her grandchildren, Sean Petit (Katrina Bennett), Scott Petit (Meredith), Stephanie Sullivan, Bradley Sullivan and Megan Oney (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Juliette, Norah, Davis Petit and Samuel Oney.
