She is survived by: her children, John Lockhart Lee of Frankfort and Nancy Lee Gatewood (Clay) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Cody Lockhart, Drake Bruce Gatewood and Victoria Lee Gatewood of Lexington; her siblings, Jenny May (William), Amy Ballard (David), Chris Arnold (Candi) of Frankfort, KY., David Lee (Anne), Allen Lee (Teresa), Carrol Lee (Donna) and Barry Lee (Joy); and her nieces and nephews, Grayson Arnold, Zach Arnold (Cali), Jeremy Dooley, Grady Lee, Keith Lee (Jill), Matthew Lee (Jordan), Michael Lee, Ryan Lee (Gabriella), Travis Lee, Kelly May (Brittany), William May III, Amy Casey (Ian), Whitney Cunningham, Melissa Duff (Robert), Melanie Fenton (Ryan), Carrie Lee Hudak (Charlie), Beth Lee (Chris) and Jena Solak (Mark). She is also survived by greatnieces, greatnephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
