With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen Kimbrell of Lexington, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Autie Burgess and Marie Burgess; her husband James J. Thacker of Ashland; her child Jaymi Mullins; and her former husband Robert L. Kimbrell.

She is survived by: her children, Cary Davis (Lewis) and Dirk Thacker (Lori); her grandchildren, Sydney Keeton (James), Katie Collins (Clay), Evan Davis (Britany), Ian Davis, Hayden Thacker and Burgess Thacker; and her great grandchildren, Barrett, Ellison, Finley and Gia.
