He is survived by: his wife Ruth Scanlon Cochran; his daughters, Yolanda Spedding and Debbie Ortiz (Tony); his grandchildren, Ashley Spedding, Emily Spedding and Arthur Davidson; his stepgrandson Gary Davidson; and his sister Joyce Deel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
