Osborne; his parents, Janet Prewitt (RC Prewitt) and Alan Osborne (Angela Osborne); his siblings, Kristin Blackburn (Ed), Molly Anderson (Greg) and Zach King (Karen); his parents-in-law, Laura Nelson (Dave Russell) and James Nelson; his sister-in-law Katie Nelson (Caroline Stephens); and his nieces and nephews, Jake, Eva King, Rigdon, Arnold Anderson and Charlie Nelson-Stephens.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Ken's name to Bluegrass Care Navigators or The Melanoma Research Foundation.
