She was predeceased by: her husband William Henry Shrout, Jr.; her parents, William Charles and Naomi Spradling Damron; and her sister Donna Damron Gonzalez. She is survived by: her children, William Henry Shrout III and Angela Shrout Young; her grandson Johnathan Christopher Boone Young; her great grandchild Avery Brooke Young; her son-in-law Christopher Boone Young; and her sister Billie Toy. She is also survived by four nephews, two nieces; and many beloved cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
