He was predeceased by: his parents, Lannie G and Pat. He is survived by: his husband Kevin Salyers; his sisters, Venetia Williams and Connie Hurt; his nephews, Joshua Cornett, Joe Garrett Hurt and Blake Hurt; his niece Sarah Hurt; and his cocker spaniels, Lola and Harry.
In honor of his legacy and in lieu of flowers, Lannie's family would like memorial donations directed to the Lexington Humane Society or First Presbyterian Church.
