He is survived by: his wife Genette Grubb Howell; his daughter Shannan Lynette Simpson (James); his grandchildren, Sinjin Peddicord, Tyler Peddicord and Joseph Simpson; his mother-in-law Oda Grubb; his sister-in-law Leisha Lamb; his niece Paige Pugh (Devin); and his great-niece Lexie Pugh. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
