Leah K. Schwind Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025, at the age of 91, Leah K. Schwind in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Black Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Leah had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Leah may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Cummins and Burns Gray; and her brothers, Jimmy and Freddie. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Meier; her granddaughter Jennifer Bolhofner (Derrick); and her great grandchildren, Olive and Hazel Bolhofner.
