He is survived by: his children, Bruce Starwalt (Brenda) of Georgetown, Gary Alan Starwalt of Stamping Ground and Deborah Lynn Starwalt of Florida; his grandchildren, Bradley Starwalt (Tara) of Lexington and Chelsey Starwalt of Georgetown; and his great grandchildren, Latray and Kimyona Starwalt of Lexington. He is also survived by ses his parents and his beloved wife.
