She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Russell and Melba Russell; her husband Billy Gene Francis; and her sister Joyce Howard. She is survived by: her brother Mike Russell (Cathy); her children, Vicki Flanery (David), Tim Francis (Cheryl Irwin) and Wendy Foley (Greg); her grandsons, Taylor Foley (Kendall), Luke Francis, Eli Francis and Sam Foley; her great grandchild Russell Fisher Foley; and her nieces, Dawn Drummond (Jeff) and Amy Castle (Tom).
